Heilala Vanilla

4 Egg Yolks
125gm Castor Sugar
1tsp Heilala Vanilla Paste
Beat above until thick and white.

750ml Cream
100gm Sugar
Beat above until thick.

Add the above two batches together and stir together. The mix should be thick. Add 40mls of vodka - stir well then freeze.
