Ingredients:
4 tbsp Ferron Vialone Nano rice
4 tbsp Heilala Pure Vanilla Sugar
3 cups milk
1 tbsp Heilala Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
Heat the milk slowly. Whisk in the vanilla paste and vanilla sugar and stir to dissolve.
Add the Vialone Nano rice and pour into a shallow ovenproof dish.
Cook in an oven at 150 degrees C uncovered for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, stirring half way through.
The pudding should be creamy and just set.
Serve warm with a dusting of Valrhona dutched cocoa or cinnamon.
