Vanila Sidecar

The Sidecar is a great classic from the 1930's enhanced with Vanilla. Use Vanilla syrup for a sweeter taste or 1/8 tsp of Vanilla extract for a more original taste.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Cognac brandy
  • 15 ml Grand Marnier
  • 7.5 ml lemon juice
  • 7.5ml Heilala Vanilla Syrup

Method

Mix the ingredients in a shaker half full of ice. Strain and serve in a Vanilla sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with a strip of lemon rind.
