This wonderful Heilala Vanilla foam is perfect any time of the day to use as a topping alongside baking, desserts and fruit. It’s simple to make, and even the kids can help out with the mixing.

We first sampled Heilala Vanilla Foam to the masses at  the Wellington Food Show, and it was well received by all!

Beat together 250ml Cream and 175ml Unsweetened Yoghurt (we use Straight Up by Collective Dairy)

Stir in 75ml of Heilala Vanilla Syrup and 3 teaspoons of Heilala Vanilla Paste and...Voila! 


Whoever coined the term "plain vanilla" had obviously never experienced the real thing!
